Are you feeling it enough?

April 18, 2016 - Are you feeling it enough? Are you trying to reach a specific goal and it seems like it is just too far beyond reach? Are you so caught up in the tactical aspects of what you are trying to do, you are not taking time to imagine what it will feel like once you achieve it? Are you not taking time to feel the joy of accomplishment as you overcome challenges and make progress? If all you are focusing upon is what you think you should be doing, need to be doing or ought to be doing, then you are missing the true power of feeling what you are trying to do as if it has already been realized. By feeling, you put yourself in a can-do mindset and in a better place to remain open to opportunities and in a better frame of mind to make real progress, regardless of what obstacles you may face.

Take an MM&I Moment to truly feel  the excitement and desire behind your reasons for reaching this goal. Feel all the emotions associated with realizing your goal once it is accomplished. What will it mean to you and others in your life?  What can you imagine you will be able to do now that you cannot do presently? How will you feel when you share your accomplishment with others? How will you celebrate?  Give yourself the joy of experiencing feelings throughout your journey and you will find it lights a pathway to achievement you may not have known before.
