Is it can't or won't?

Feb 6 – Is it can't or won't? What are you willing to do to achieve your desires, dreams and goals? I am not talking about sacrifice. I am talking about motivation, action and continuous growth.  Are you telling yourself you can't focus on something at this time, or cannot pursue something at this time because of a myriad of reasons? Are they reasons, or just excuses? Are you professing to want to reach certain goals, yet aren't taking steps to get ever that much closer? Are you not willing to do what it necessary for insight, understanding, capacity building, additional know-how or support? Whenever you are striving for something, it is always going to feel just beyond your reach. Your willpower is your greatest asset to achieving anything once you believe you will and you give yourself the power.

Take an MM&I Moment to awaken to the possibility that your "can'ts" and "won'ts" are the problem.  What are you telling yourself and others that you can't do at this time that could help you move forward? What are you telling yourself or others that you won't do at this time? What are your reasons? Are they real, legitimate reasons, or actually excuses because you don’t want to get out of your comfort zone? Is your confidence waning, and that's the real reason? Is you energy waning, and that's the real reason? Have past attempts tainted your ability to believe you can, and so you won't go there again? Honestly answer these questions, and then replace the naysaying going on in your own mind with "yaysaying." Succumb your mind to any and all inspired action steps you can take. Open yourself up to all possible resources, options and support. Believe you can do, and guess what?  You can!
