Are you making your choices count?

August 6 – Are you making your choices count? Are you prioritizing based on what can have the greatest impact on helping you achieve your goals? Are you focusing on what is positively actionable, and not allowing negativity to distract or impede on your day? Are you choosing activities and initiatives that are or can make a measurable difference for you and others? You are faced each day with a myriad of choices in each moment. What you choose can either propel you forward to where you want to be or keep you wishing for what you do not have. 

 

Take an MM&I Moment to better assess your choices for positive and empowering impact. What should you stop doing because it is not aiding or supporting your goals? What can you let go of so you can put your energy where it is best used? What is distracting you, and how can you eliminate it from your environment? What  can you do that will help you feel like you are accomplishing something even in the smallest of ways? Choose what is gratifying. Choose what fulfills you. Choose what brings you joy and satisfaction. Choose what you love doing. And leave everything else to someone else or to be left behind for good. You will find such freedom exists when you are making choices that honor you and who you desire and are meant to be.
