Are you replicating success?

June 4, 2018 - Are you replicating success? Are you so focused on new opportunities and ways to accomplish things that you are not fully leveraging what has worked in the past? Have you taken the time to understand why and how a success was realized so you can effectively repeat the success for even greater momentum? Is there a process or system you could create based on past successes that could propel and make succeeding even easier moving forward?

Take an MM&I Moment to reflect on your successful outcomes and results. List some critical factors that contributed to these successes. List some steps that are worth repeating or documenting for future reference. List any specific people that influenced or were a part of the success. List anything you learned while in the process of achieving the success. List opportunities that resulted or presented themselves as a result of the success. Now, review each list as a whole and consider how this information can reinforce your next best actions to take in order to replicate more successes like the ones you have achieved. The more you focus on what you want, the likelihood of seeing more of the same is inevitable. And by recognizing and embracing what has worked, you may just find you are not working as hard, and are enjoying more.
