Nov 13, 2017 - Are you leveraging your worth? Are you building upon your successes for momentum-building future success? Do you focus a majority of your efforts with an emphasis on your strongest abilities and competencies? Are you delegating effectively in order to be able to allow your strengths and unique talents to be at the forefront of your actions? If you answered "No" to any of these questions, then you are not leveraging your true worth to your greatest advantage.
Take an MM&I Moment to list your strengths, unique abilities, talents and recent successes. Now review what you have been doing over the past week and ask yourself these questions. What have I been doing that could easily be done by someone else so I can do what no one else can do as well as me? What recent successes should I be building upon? What would be my next best step to further benefit from these successes? What strengths am I not harnessing effectively to get more done or take something to its next level? Always remember that our unique abilities and strengths are what come most naturally to us. If you are frustrated by progress not being made, it could very well be because you are putting energy in areas that are not your strength. Allow someone else's strength in that area assist you, so you can refocus your energy on what you do best.
