Is your effort intentional?

Aug 29, 2016 - Is your effort intentional? Are you putting your energy into what is most important to you on a daily basis? Are your priorities in alignment with what matters most to you? Or are there days or even weeks when you feel like you just didn't accomplish anything you set out to do? When you seem to never get to what you really want to be doing, you are allowing other people and circumstances take control or priority over what you ultimately desire.

 

Take an MM&I Moment to understand why you are allowing these distractions and less important things impact you. Are you overwhelmed by what you think it will take to achieve your goals, so you allow yourself to be pulled in directions that keep you busy, versus productive? Do you feel a need to please others, putting yourself and your own desires on the back burner? Even with numerous things pulling at you, when you make what you want a priority, there is something you can do each and every day to move it forward, even if it means getting help from others to make it happen.
