Are your options unclear?

June 13, 2016 -Are your options unclear? Are you uncertain which direction to proceed due to not knowing which is the best option to focus upon? Or are you feeling limited by not enough options, not liking the ones that you view as available to you? The way to gain clarity is to seek to understand or gain more information, and then to prioritize based on what is most important and meaningful for you. This also means understanding yourself, what motivates you, what impassions you, and what you value in order to make the best choices for you.

Take an MM&I Moment to assess the options you have to consider, and to identify more options. Which options are uncomfortable because they seem to go against your personal values? Which ones are not appealing because you simply aren't passionate about where they would lead you? What would make a current option more appealing and in line with your values and passions? What would be your ideal option if you had your way? Review your answers and make a list of steps you can take to make current options and ideal options become more plausible and possible.

Synergized Quote of the Week

"Clarity of mind means clarity of passion, too; this is why a great and clear mind loves ardently and sees distinctively what he loves." - Blaise Pascal

Eliminate options that simply are not serving you and what is most important to you. Then move forward confidently, and with greater clarity.
