Is doing everything not enough?

Mar 21, 2016 - Is doing everything not enough? Are you putting your whole heart and soul into your most desired initiatives to achieve, and still not seeing the results you had hoped for? Are you literally doing every aspect of what needs to be done in pursuing these initiatives? Are you convinced that you are the only one who will do it to your complete satisfaction, and be certain it gets done the way you want it done?  Perhaps you should consider that by doing everything yourself, you are actually not doing everything that you could ultimately be doing to move closer to what you desire to achieve.

Take an MM&I Moment to assess the possibility that if you handed off portions of the tasks that you are currently doing, you could then be doing more pivotal or critical things to catapult you forward. Sometimes in our exasperation to do everything, we are contributing to our own frustration in not seeing the progress we ultimately desire. By engaging others to assist, support and embrace what you are trying to accomplish, you create a synergy of effort that produces an outcome far greater than you could possibly attempt to do alone. Use your time wisely, along with others' time wisely, and you will quickly realize just how powerful a synergized approach truly can be.
