January 28 – Is it harder than it has to be? How easy is it to do business with you or work with you? How could what you are trying to achieve be easier to achieve? How could what you are currently doing be easier to accomplish? How could you make something easier for someone else?
The whole misnomer that you have to work harder to get ahead is missing the true brilliance of realizing success. Success is catapulted to even greater heights of realization when it is made easier, not harder. The easier you make success to achieve, the more you will achieve. The more you achieve, the easier it gets for you to imagine even greater and more exciting possibilities.
Take an MM&I Moment to awaken to how making things easier could be your secret to success. Can a process be streamlined for greater efficiency and outcomes? Can a simple phone call get you an answer instead of trying to figure it all out on your own? Could a thoughtful strategic prompt to ChatGPT eliminate time that would have been spent? Is there a simple solution you are not seeing because you are too focused on the complexities? Consider what steps could be eliminated in a process that could enhance the ed result. Identify who you could call or a team you could resource to get to an answer you need. Contemplate possibilities by leveraging AI. Look first for the simplest solution before assuming it is a complex problem.
