September 24 – Are you thinking BIG enough? Are you limiting yourself more than you realize in your business? Are your goals based too much on past and present thinking? Do you set goals based on what you believe is realistic? Do you undermine your team unintentionally in what they could achieve for the company? Are you setting growth goals that are incremental versus exponential?
When your own expectations are not being met, it can be easy to settle for less or believe you must lower your expectations. Instead of lowering your expectations, raise your standards. Embrace what is possible beyond what you currently believe is possible. Paint a picture to your team that excites them and you in believing what is possible. Empower them into inspired action because of your vision that is reinforced with the resources and support they need to excel.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken to your why and the bodacious dream that can be your business. How have past experiences caused you to hesitate in actions being taken in the present? How are you limiting your business currently? What could be even better if you didn’t limit it? Have you shared what you ultimately dream for the business with your team? Is it something that inspires them and excites them to be a part of something even bigger than them? What is a bodacious goal that seems entirely out of reach? What limited thinking is causing you to believe this? How do you need to think differently than you are currently? What conversation do you need to have to empower exponential growth? What are standards you want to uphold that will elevate your business? What actions need to be taken to affirm your focus and priorities? Stop rehashing the past. Enrich your present by not limiting your future. Make every moment in your present ignite future exponential growth through inspired action.
