Positioned to goal get?

Jan 10 - Positioned to goal get? Have you kicked off this year with grand goals and resolutions to help you reach them? Do you have several goals that have carried over from last year or previous years because they haven’t been reached yet? Do you have goals that you feel obligated to have versus being really passionate about having them?

It’s one thing to be a goal setter and quite another thing to be a goal getter. Goals are only ideas or aspirations until they have legs and action behind them. The key to achieving goals is in each momentum-building decision you make and action you take.

Take an MM&I Moment to awaken to the goal-getting aspect of your year ahead. What meaningful action steps can you take each day, each week, each month, and each quarter with each goal, regardless of whether they are short-term or long-term goals? What inspires you the most about achieving the goal and who have you shared with that may be inspired right along with you? What have you done previously that was successful that you could leverage to realize some of your goals moving forward? How is your time well spent in working toward your goal and how is your time being consumed that is not contributing to any of your goals? Goal getting begins with your mindset and is realized through your consistent unwavering action.
