May 03 – Are you sending the right message? Is what you ultimately desire and how you are communicating it in sync? Are you settling instead of pushing yourself to a higher level of excellence or capability? Are you focusing on what you are best at providing or what you think you should offer based on what others are offering?
If you are not realizing the outcomes you desire, it may be because you are not fully committed to differentiating and reinforcing the brilliance you are bringing to the table. You must step forward and take a stand to stand out.
Take an MM&I Moment to awaken to your brilliance and what makes you exceptional. How are you raising the bar in your industry, business, or profession? What are you doing unlike anyone else, that is addressing a problem in a unique or innovative way? What is so essential to how you work or do business that it is a non-negotiable to ensure quality, excellence, or consistency in deliverables? What are you willing to put on the line that others may not be as committed to doing? It takes next-level thinking to realize exponential results.
