May 26 – Is it time to get uncomfortable? Are you finding that you have lost some of your gusto and are just going through the motions? Are you in a place of normalcy in your life or work and yet something feels unsettled or missing? Do you feel guilty in feeling unsatisfied because you have so much to be grateful for in your life? It may be time to get out of your comfort zone a little and explore something new or learn something new to get you out of your funk.
If your life is feeling incomplete, then it may be that you need to step up your goals and strive for something more that where you are right now.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken your curiosity for the unknown. What is something you have always wanted to learn? What is something that you have always wanted to do? Where is a place you would love to explore or go? What is something that you desire that you feel is out of your reach or not practical? How could you push yourself, stretch yourself, advance yourself in some of your goals you have already set? Be open. Your only limitation is you. When you allow yourself to get a little uncomfortable when striving for something, you may just reach a level of satisfaction you have never known before.
