Nov 11 – Is your value evident? Have you considered the tangible and intangible value that you bring to the work that you do or to the business you are in? The phrase "banking on you” inspires a confidence that you can be counted on or depended upon. There is real power in these words in an era when reliability and service are at an all-time low in business. Focusing on delivering what you promise to deliver and then serving others beyond their expectations is why growth companies and high-performance individuals excel. They embrace service and solutions with gusto because they know, for the most part, everyone else is screwing these areas up.

Do you have a special veteran in your life? Guess what? We all do! Because every veteran has given us the freedom to be and do. Please take the time to pause and appreciate on this Veteran's Day. There are two special veterans in my life I want to recognize, my sister, Cindra, retired Air Force, who is continuing to make a difference combining her love of horses and their power to heal through Heeling Hoof Steps, and my Great Aunt Bette, Army veteran, who is now a guardian angel in heaven, who was an example of strength, responsibility, and impassioned persistence.
