Has adversity slowed your momentum?

Feb 20, 2017 – Has adversity slowed your momentum? Have you realized recent challenges that seem to be slowing down the progress you were making on a goal or initiative? Are there people who are now uncertain, disengaged or redirecting their energies elsewhere when you had hoped they would be of support to your efforts? Did you envision one particular way of reaching your goal, and now it is no longer an option or working as you had hoped?  Sometimes a little adversity propels ultimate possibilities, if you are ready and willing to see what needs to be seen and hear what needs to be heard.

Take an MM&I Moment to understand the challenges you are experiencing through a new set of lenses. What can you still do in spite of this adversity occurring? What have you learned from the challenges you are currently facing and how can you shift as a result? Why has support or focus from others waned, and how have you contributed to its shifted priority? What do you need to share, clarify or confirm that may help get back on track with others or even yourself? How committed are you in succeeding regardless of obstacles, and what are you willing to do to succeed? Instead of allowing adversity to get the best of you, seek to get the best from it through learning from it and tackling it.

Synergized Quote of the Week
"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other." – Abraham Lincoln

See the potential opportunity it presents if you only take the time to see what it may be trying to help you understand.  When you do, you can be unstoppable.
