July 6, 2015 - Is disappointment calling the shots? Are you allowing disappointments in results or situations to dominate your thinking more than any successes you have realized? Are you making key decisions based on what you haven't achieved or been satisfied with or on what you have achieved and can build upon? When faced with challenges or unexpected twists, it can be easy to get caught up in all that seems to be going wrong.
Take an MM&I Moment to make a list of all that you can think of that you are grateful to have experienced, possessed, known or learned. Make a list of the people in your life you are grateful are a part of your life. Make a note of what you have enjoyed doing most recently or who you have enjoyed meeting or being with most recently. Now through this gratitude, envision how these things can potentially inspire, guide or support you in achieving more of what you want to be doing. By shifting from a mindset of disappointment to a mindset of gratitude, you are setting your course in a direction of true and blissful success beyond what you can know until you try it.
