Are you allowing success to flourish?

May 25, 2015 - Are you allowing success to flourish? Are you continuing to build off of current and previous successes? Are you effectively leveraging what has and is already working? If you are continually striving, but feel like you are barely surviving, accomplishing in some ways and then feeling as though you are taking two steps back in other ways, it may be time to take a look at how you are approaching your "next steps" after realizing a success, be it small or significant. Your ability to continue to move forward is in direct correlation to your ability to seize opportunities and create continuous momentum.

Take an MM&I Moment to assess your successes and progress to-date.  Upon realizing these successes, how did you leverage them beyond what they currently represented? What could you have done, and could still do, to build upon the momentum that was created by that accomplishment? Who needs to know about your achievement who could help you take it further? What other projects or activities do you have in the works that could indirectly or directly benefit from what you now know as a result of each success? Your capacity to achieve and continue to achieve is always within your grasp. It is simply a matter of embracing it for all that it can be, and then imagining "next-level" action necessary to enthusiastically take it to even greater heights of satisfaction and engagement.
