Feeling overburdened?

Jan 5, 2015 - Feeling overburdened? As you launch into this New Year, are you feeling the weight of the world from what you hope to accomplish? Are you excited, yet more intimidated than inspired by what you want to achieve? Could it be that you are thinking more about what could go wrong or is challenging you than what can propel you towards your dreams? Are your reasons for achieving these desires more about what you believe is not currently right than what is going right? When you view the future through a lens focused on what could go against you or what you are going against, you allow this thinking to actually magnify its impact into your reality.

 

Take an MM&I Moment to review each of your desires from a perspective of positivity, possibility and probability. Instead of allowing negative thoughts to consume you, list all of the positive reasons that are exciting you about your future vision.  Instead of being doubtful, note what you have within you or supporting you that can aid you in your endeavor.  Make a list of things you can do each day to empower you in your thinking versus being discouraged. Note what is most thrilling to you about how you will feel and what you will realize from the outcome of achieving each goal. By focusing on the what is and can work for you, you will shift your ability to take action towards making what you desire become your reality.
