Is your past defining too much?

Nov 24, 2014 - Is your past defining too much? Is your reflection causing you infliction without you even realizing it? Learning from the past is valuable. Becoming mired in the past holds you hostage. When you allow your past to define who you are and what you can do, then you are allowing the past to have a powerful influence upon you that is crippling you from embracing the present and manifesting your future.

Take an MM&I Moment to give yourself permission and power to let go of the past. The best way to do this is to be grateful for the lessons learned, then let this part of your past go, replacing it with a memory you cherish from the past. Write down the lessons learned. Now write down fond memories that have influenced who you are today. Allow the lessons to define future actions with more confidence and allow the memories to remind you of the joy of being in the present.
