Are you growing, but not glowing?

Oct 13, 2014 - Are you growing, but not glowing? Have you grown in stature in your profession or your business, yet feel more pressure than ever before? Do you keep pushing yourself to continue to perform, thinking there is no time for elation or celebration of how far you have come to-date? Our ability to grow and continually learn are typically the underlying reasons we are able to achieve. This is cause for celebration, acknowledgement and reflection throughout our lifetime. When we don't take the time to truly appreciate what we have accomplished and why it is significant, we diminish its value and ability to motivate us towards our next stage of successful growth.

Take an MM&I Moment to glow in the "knowing" of what you have accomplished so far. List what achieving each level of success has meant to you and for others. List what you learned and what you now know you can do that you did not fully believe or realize before. Note how what you learned will make it easier for you to succeed moving forward. Note what you are most proud of, whether it was overcoming an obstacle or having an epiphany that helped you shift in just the right way, that led you to your successful result. By pausing to appreciate and acknowledge what you have done, you are bringing a radiant focus to the very best that you can bring to your next endeavor.
