Too focused on what’s happening TO you?

Jan 21, 2013 – Too focused on what’s happening TO you? Are you so focused on what is happening to you, it is clouding your vision or hindering your ability to move forward? Instead of focusing on what is happening TO you, focus on what is actually happening FOR you.  Shift from feeling like a victim, due to how it is emotionally affecting you, to feeling empowered because of how it is enlightening you.

 

Take an MM&I Moment to list any and all insights you have gained as a result of going through this experience. Also list other things that are happening to your liking that you may be minimizing because your entire attention is being placed on this challenge. The challenging or frustrating situation you may be dealing with right now is only temporary, but the feelings you harbor about it can last as you as you allow them to fester and distract you.
