How do you handle adversity?

Dec 3, 2012 – How do you handle adversity? How do you handle adversity or challenges? Do you approach them from a perspective of feeling threatened or enlightened? Do you go beyond the surface level to get to the real matter at hand or do you allow the surface level to stun you and frustrate you? If everything was easy and went exactly as we had planned or hoped, we would not be able to fully appreciate our successes or even know what makes us successful. 

 

Take an MM&I Moment to consider what is currently challenging you or you believe to be adversarial. Note why this is a challenge or how you feel threatened. Then ask yourself what you are learning or could learn or gain from this situation. By shifting to enlightenment, you shift from allowing negative energy to consume you into allowing positive energy to propel you towards answers, solutions and opportunities.
