Is follow through getting to you?

March 15, 2010 – Is follow through getting to you? Is there someone you have been meaning to contact or get in touch with, but continue to just push it further down you list? Is the reason because you will have to deal with a not so pleasant situation? Or is the reason that you have so many other things that are more important? If the situation is an unpleasant one, then getting in touch will help you get it behind you. If it is because other things are deemed more important, then could this person actually help you move one of these important things forward? Or could it be a nice break from the pressure of all these important things?

Take an MM&I Moment to consider all those people that you have been meaning to get in touch with, because we all have them, and one by one, each day, contact them. Deal with the situation. Have that conversation. Reacquaint yourselves. Make an appointment. Answer a question. Follow up as promised. Get them off your list. Take the action and feel the relief that comes with each contact made.
