Do you want it bad enough?

May 14, 2018 - Do you want it bad enough? Are you feeling as if what you are trying to accomplish is never going to happen? Do you feel as though you are not making progress, at least at the level you had hoped, so you are beginning to wonder if it is even worth putting any more effort into it? Have a few setbacks caused you to doubt or even believe you can actually achieve what you want to achieve? If you want it bad enough, then you must believe it can happen regardless of your circumstances or situation right now. No matter what has occurred to cause you any doubt, embrace the desire that you feel deep from within that is at the core of why you want to achieve this goal or accomplishment.

Take an MM&I Moment to revisit your deepest beliefs and desires related to what you are trying to accomplish. Why is it so important to you? Why is it so important for others? How will your life change as a result of accomplishing this? What could you be doing that you have hesitated doing? Why have you hesitated and what is stopping you from taking that action? Who could you connect with who may provide insight, resources or support towards your efforts? Who could you assist who may then be able to assist you or point you toward options for assistance? As the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way. If you want it bad enough, you have the power within you to make it happen. It is merely a matter of what you believe.

Are you wavering?

May 7, 2018 - Are you wavering? Is something you have been striving to achieve beginning to feel like it is not possible? Are you starting to second guess yourself in what you have been doing or are about to do? Are you losing confidence in your ability to proceed and succeed? Our passion feeds our faith in ourselves and in what we are doing. When you are passionate about something, it is a part of you so completely that you simply believe. Call it blind faith; it is confidence in its purest sense.

Take an MM&I Moment to reignite your passion behind what you are trying to achieve. What is most exciting to you about achieving it? What do you believe will result from achieving it? What difference will achieving it make in your lives or others' lives? What will you be able to do that you cannot do right now as a result of achieving it? What will others be able to do that they cannot do once you achieve it? Now with these answers, regroup and list some actions you can take to get your focus back on track to achievement. Believe that you "can do" it because conscientious action nurtures desired outcomes. And remember that nothing can stop you except you.

Are you being true to you?

April 30, 2018 - Are you being true to you? Have you been so focused on all that needs to be accomplished and the many demands tugging away at your every moments, that you feel you have lost yourself in all the chaos? Are the wants and needs of others taking precedence over your own desires to the point that you are continuously putting what you want on hold? There is nothing selfish about taking some time to reconnect and re-engage with yourself in order to realign and re-prioritize what is important to you and for you. When you begin to put yourself last, you are actually not allowing yourself to be all that you can ultimately be for others.

Take an MM&I Moment to revisit what you truly would like to be happening in your life. List what would bring you great satisfaction. List what you miss doing and feeling. List ways you can bring this satisfaction back into your life, do what you want to be doing, and feel the way you want to be feeling. List what needs to stop or discontinue, and make a commitment to yourself to take action in this regard as well. Being true to yourself, the very core of who you are, will not only bring you peace and empowerment, it will also inspire you in ways that positively impact others because you are honoring the unique aspects of you that everyone else can enjoy and appreciate ... because you are being authentically you.

Synergized Quote of the Week

"At some point, a flash of sustained clarity reveals the difference between what someone would have you believe is true, and what you know from the depths of your own heart to the peaks of your soul to be true. What happens after that is up to you." - Aberjhani

How aren't you showing up?

April 23, 2018 - How aren't you showing up? Are you so focused on what you are trying to achieve, that you are not keeping yourself open to what may actually help you accomplish it faster or more effectively? Have you had opportunities to explore that you quickly dismissed, because they were not what you thought you needed to be focused upon? Has someone needed your guidance or assistance that you were too busy to accommodate? When you get too busy, this is a sign that you need to slow down and take a moment to make sure you are not confusing busy with productivity.

Take an MM&I Moment to consider if you are busy doing the optimal things for your best and most ideal outcomes. If there has been someone who needed your assistance, consider how helping them could also help you. The mantra find a way or make a way by helping others find a way or make a way could be a tipping point for you. Consider if you are being open to all possible resources, options and support. Have there been opportunities you may have too quickly dismissed because you were so intent on doing what you felt you needed to be doing. Consider the possibilities of what these opportunities could uncover for you in advancing your initiatives. Finally, is there anything you are doing or have put off doing that could be better suited for someone else to support you in doing so you can actually focus on the most critical aspects of what only you can do. By making it easier for yourself, through releasing tasks others can do on your behalf, you may just find that what you are trying to accomplish gets accomplished in even more profound and rewarding ways than you could have possibly imagined.
